Downloaded but won’t open!

I researched for quite awhile regarding which Excel spreadsheet app I wanted to purchase. From the description in the App Store, this app looked exactly what I needed. I made the decision to purchase it, downloaded it, and have spent over one hour trying to get it to open.

I am requesting a refund.
