bought the app. but not able to use any of them. can’t even open any of the template. I would like my refund back please

Just bought it. It won’t open anything. I can’t use the app. Please refund!!

I cant get it to work. My mac shows this as a photo type file and I cant even see the template, much less make any changes to it. I would like a refund.

The hardest thing about creating a spreadsheet is a starting point. Many of these templates are great starting points for different tasks.

As a number cruncher and excel lover, these templates help me get what I need out of my numbers. I’m not an expert with formulas so these are a huge help as I can cut and paste most of what I need.

All of these are new templates and not found in my excel template set. Most template apps I’ve bought before are the same as what comes built in but are just different designs.

Purchased and doesnt work could i get my money back please

I tried doing like the App Page said, Each time I try saving it, it tells me there is an error Cant be downloaded: “It may be damaged or use a file format that Preview doesnt recognize” It also saves it as a Picture? Please Help!

I researched for quite awhile regarding which Excel spreadsheet app I wanted to purchase. From the description in the App Store, this app looked exactly what I needed. I made the decision to purchase it, downloaded it, and have spent over one hour trying to get it to open. I am requesting a refund.
